I came to these guys once before for a simple tire rotation. I wasn’t impressed then, however that was a while ago and I figured I could give this place one more shot. So I took my truck back to these guys on University. I went for a tire rotation once again, and a wheel alignment as well. They had my truck about 5 hours by then and were nearing close so I decided to inquire about my vehicle, seeing that I also had plans to oil change and change brakes myself that day as well. My most recent service visit resulted in a very quick turn around, and they helped me find a time they were not going to be super busy. They greet me by name. Always cheerful always complete. Staff has always been very courteous and helpful. Brought car in with a dying battery (not a simple process to replace on our car) and we were supposed to leave on a road trip that afternoon. They got it replaced and back to us well before we needed to leave

I could not figure out why I kept losing air in my tire so I took my car to this location and they told me I had a nail in my tire. I was super stressed out that I would have to get a new set of tires but they patched it up for me at no cost. No more stress! I wish I got his name but the new employee at the front desk area even held the door open for me when I was walking in. Great customer service all around. Thanks everyone!
