Stephen Graham was very pleasant, easy to work with, and informative. He helped us get our vehicles back on the road. He took charge, scheduled in and out appointments, and got the repairs on our vehicles completed in record time. He knows what he's talking about and I trust him with the upkeep of our vehicles. Easily the best Big O in the south metro...I've tried several others and can say hands down that Stephen and crew are courteous, friendly and efficient...well done!
They were able to help me right away with a low tire that ended up have a 3 inch nail in it.
