We arrived at 11:30 and as of right now 3:20, they still haven't started on the car to rotate tires and an alignment. They need way better customer service. They close at 4:00! You should not have to wait 4+ hours. I will never go back!
Honestly, we got the service we came for. Brakes and Rotors were replaced and resurfaced, It was great. What was not great was driving home in the pouring rain in traffic and having the hood of the truck pop wide open!! Luckily, we didn't rear end the person in front of us or worse, but it could have ended bad and that's what really shook me. I expected more care before we were handed the keys back and were told we were 'good to go'. Scary experience.
