Very QUESTIONABLE business practices, sloppy service, and my car's air con is mysteriously broken after visiting. I am definitely not coming back. I went in for an oil + air filter change, and requested they fill up my tires (tire pressure was very low, 26) 1) They didn't fill up my tires with air the first time I asked, I had to drive back a second time to remind them 2) They also forgot to reset the oil indicator back to 100% , it was stuck at 40% 3) The "receipt" I got was not a real receipt. My car’s air conditioner broke the day after I visited them. They also didn’t fill up the air in my tires or reset the oil sensor after doing the oil change, until I went back to ask them to. They also hand out shady "receipts" that are not real, valid receipts. They are "invoice estimates" and says "This Estimate cannot be used as a Proof of Purchase." Horrible service been here since 2 and had a appointment. Now its almost 3 and they still havent touched my car. Its just to balance and rotate tires.
Got two new tires they dented my vehicle didn't tell me ...we noticed it they never paid for damage had to go thru our insurance the regional manager mark is a jerk. .will never use them again. .turned them into bbb....bar...yelp..and face book. .boycott them

I was very happy with the service at Big O. I had tires rotated, oil change and new battery installed, with no appointment. They completed the service in a timely fashion and got me on the road again.
