Went in this location and got my Prius and my wife’s MDX new sets of tires. The customer service, friendliness, knowledgeable staff giving you options that fits your budgets. Service staff Michael Delpino is very knowledgeable in the brands and wheel, tires. He sold us these tires. We are very happy customers. We have Costco membership but out of convenience we selected Big O don’t have to wait for weeks routine maintenance appointments or tire rotation.
Took my partner’s car for an oil change. Mechanic comes out and gives me a whole laundry list of issues and urgently tells me to not drive without repairing it. I take it to my trusted mechanic explaining the issues with inspection sheet on me. He inspects the car and even takes it apart to double check… COMPLETE BS! I’m glad I knew better than to just blindly follow fear mongering.
Josh, Caden and the entire staff delivered a 5 star experience. Their care with my custom car was top shelf. They were engaging, professional and provided the Best experience at an auto service shop that I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend Big O tires and in particular the Elk Grove location.
Plus I got a 70 doller rebate from Cooper tores
Got an oil change done. They over torqued my oil filter so badly my oil filter wrench broke when I did my next oil change. Mind you this is something you are supposed to hand tighten...
