These guys are amazing they really hooked us up after quite a crazy adventure thank you guys you got us back on the road
Got there around 11:00 or 11:30 and was told it would be done within 2 hours wait till 4 and still didn't get a call, went there and it's still look the same when I left it, front counter told me that someone is about to pull it in right now and I waited 5 to 10 minutes, still doesn't see someone coming to pull my car in to work on it so I just cancel and went to a different tire shop
I was surprised they had no tires available for a 2021 toyota rav4, the top selling suv in America and no tires! I had to order them, if I wanted the Toyo brand, it would arrive around 3 or I can get the BF Goodrich in about an hour but I would have to pay an extra $30. I initially decided to get the Toyo tires, about an hour later I called and changed my mind and agreed to pay the $30 for the BF Goodrich, when the service was completed, I noticed they put on uniroyal tires instead, yes they agreed replace it with what I org... read more
Outstanding customer service, value long term relationships
Went in this location and got my Prius and my wife’s MDX new sets of tires. The customer service, friendliness, knowledgeable staff giving you options that fits your budgets. Service staff Michael Delpino is very knowledgeable in the brands and wheel, tires. He sold us these tires. We are very happy customers. We have Costco membership but out of convenience we selected Big O don’t have to wait for weeks routine maintenance appointments or tire rotation.
