Hector was so friendly and quick to help. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and ability to solve my problem in a timely manner so I could get back on the road. 10/10 would recommend!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought 4 brand new tires a year ago amd maybe put 10000 miles on them and had all of my sidewalls blowout. I took them in to get them warranties under the manufacture warranty because I did not buy the extra protection plan. And they tried blaming me saying I drove on flat tires and that’s what caused the blowout (they all blew out literally within 2 days of eachother if that’s not a manufacturer fault idk what is) and said if they were to send them in they wouldn’t get a credit for it. Highly recommend this BIg O location! I took a road trip to Logan the next day, after receiving 4 new tires and a balancing, and I felt so safe. My car took less than two hours to complete and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
