Sean Gow is the MAN at this store! I like him he was knowledgeable and kind I had a great experience at this store. I had an alignment done at the store earlier in the month of October 2025 following that I went the the Infiniti dealership a few days after to get a worry free maintenance which includes 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations and 3 washes, ANYWAYS after my visit to Infiniti they informed me that I have a lug nut missing I was like how in the world can a lug nut be missing they tried to sell me a lugnut for $40 I r... read more
Curtis and the guys are the best around they are helpful and honest . Curtis helped me find the correct rims I wanted to get for my truck and tires . They had them installed in a timely manner and were careful with my new rims . I have been coming here for over 10 years I haven't had one bad experience with them .
Interacted with Chay and he was rude the second I walked in. Condescending, rude, didn’t have time for my questions, wanted to hurry me away. BIG O is the biggest mistake you can make if you expect to be treated fair. I hadn’t even checked my car in all the way before I grabbed a “leave a review” card and sat down. Why hire angry, mean people? Writing this out I’ve been here for less than 10 minutes. Update: I watched another person leave because of this guys attitude so I left as well

What a great business! I had a slow leak in my tire, and they fixed it for free and I didn't even buy my tires from them. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
