Excellent service at Big O Tires. I had a screw in my tire, and they fixed it quickly and didn’t even charge me. The staff was honest, professional, and respectful of my time. It’s rare to find that level of integrity. highly recommend.!!
I do love this location. Been using them for years. Everything from flat tire fixes, new tires, oil changes and even other more serious vehicle engine issues. Today it was a flat tire. They fixed it for free. They are always honest, fast and always provide great professional and consistent communication regarding status.
Been to this location a couple times for friends vehicles, was finally my turn today. Staff is always super kind and speedy, always in and out within an hour for our smaller repairs and tune ups. I know I'll be in good hands when I need car help again :)
I got tires put on in December. I had an appointment. It took them four hours (Just to install the tires! No alignment), and I waited the whole time in their lobby that WASN'T HEATED. My teeth were literally chattering I was so cold. When I got out to my car, none of the TPMS sensors were reading and the tire pressure light was on. It was nearing their closing time and they still were pretty busy, and quite frankly I needed to warm up and was exhausted so I left.
