Curtis, Perry and all the staff at Big O treat you like you’re family. Always friendly and detailed when explaining what your vehicles needs are. I’ve always felt like the price I pay is fair. They are accurate on how long the repairs are going to take so you can plan around the repairs. I will be a long time patron.
This place is truly amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough. They have been amazing at helping me get my tires replaced, and made the situation really easy. They are also really comparable for prices. Taylor helped me today and he was so kind and friendly, but Curtis has helped me in the past and was super friendly and beyond helpful. I am frustrated and disappointed with my recent experiences at Big O Tires (Riverton). Over the last six months, my steering wheel progressively began shaking whenever I applied the brakes. I work from home and drive very little, so the issue developed gradually. When I brought my vehicle to Big O, I was told my brakes needed to be replaced.
