Took my car in for spark plugs, they told me my lifters were chipped, my car doesn't even have lifters said it would take 3-4weeks to fix they suggested i tow my car which was another fee on top of a diagnostic fee they charged to tell me my spark plug was broken. I towed my car to Dealership and they replaced spark plugs. And my car works like new. I will never go back to Big o for anything again they Honda technician most likely needs to go get recertified. Sold me a new air filter. Next time I went in, they charged me again because they installed the wrong air filter for my car.

Customer Service is terrible. I've had numerous issues with this location. First, they sold me tires that were too wide for the wheels I had. Creating a configuration that the manufacturer claimed was dangerous. Of course, they wouldn't do anything to make it right other than try and charge me for new wheels I didn't need. Second, I've been going there every year with all of my vehicles for the Emission Inspection. Well, a car they have passed for several years they now won't even inspect.
