Two new tires and an alignment that put the dashboard sensor on alert, because the alignment was off to the point of the steering wheel being at an angle. The manager Chris tried to sell me a new battery to fix this! All told this was a mess of a repair shops. Do not go here, do not pay them for an alignment.
I've been a Big O fan for years...in three different Colorado locations. Tires are top notch. However, I was in for a shock with my most recent oil change appointment. They came back with an astoundingly large estimate for my "leaking" struts. I was told the car was safe but to keep an eye on it. If you are looking for a $150/installation of a $200 battery ask for the lubricant because you are getting fuqed. One star because zero was not an option.

At this point anywhere is better then here don't fall for reviews left by people associated with business. I was able to drive here but not able to drive away and they wanted me to pay for what they broke im filing civil case hopefully becomes a class action so they go out of business don't take your car here.
Billy Daniels is the store manager at the 153rd Olathe location. He is so disrespectful to the employees in the shop and big o tire corporate treats all their employees horrible. It’s a terrible company to work for and even have your car repairs done there. Do not ever go to a big o tire shop.
Stay away from these guys. They replaced my highway tires with all terrane tires. This made my car shake terribly. I went to Discount and the guy knew instantly. Now I have to buy 2 more really expensive all terrane tires and the spare to match. Do not go here!
