During my first visit, I got a good deal—full synthetic oil for just $35—and waited only 25 minutes, arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment. However, when it came time to change the oil for my new Hyundai, even though I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, I waited an hour and a half, and instead of full synthetic oil, they put in regular oil. So I needed new tires for my Tesla, and oddly when i left Big O tire I felt like i needed to take a shower. Why you ask, my sales person reminded me of a combo between an life insurance salesmen and a use car dealer. I did my research and knew what tire I wanted, I buy the tire and unbeknownst to me he adds in the $249 for replacement warranty, now he wants to sell me a alignment ($250) and mysterious they call me in the shop and say blah blah blah need more money to fix this before we can do alignment, I say piss off and r... read more
Once again Big O Tire Los Lunas NM did a great job. After 10 years now (finally :) one minor billing issue that was immediately taken care of by a very helpful Rosemary. I'll be back for another 10!
Had a slow leak on a Big O radial. Pulled the wheel and brought it to them in Delta, Colo. John was the welcome man. Made me feel like I was their priority. Said they had a queue but they’d make time for me. Justin pulled the wheel from the truck bed and rolled it in. Fourteen minutes tops and he had the two foreign body punctures repaired. On October 20, 2025, I went to Big O Tires in Orem on State Street and was subjected to a ridiculous bait-and-switch scam by Big O employees whose conduct demonstrated defensiveness/knowledge what they were doing is wrongful/unlawful. I called and spoke to Randy before arriving, explaining that my brake pads sounded like they were rubbing or scratching, and that I thought I may need new brake pads (on my 2018 Travato, a Dodge Ram 3500 Promaster with Winnie build out). I seriously had the absolute best experience with Big O! Erica was incredibly helpful, they got me signed up for the payment plan quickly and they made sure to really help me out with initial cost. I could not recommend them more, I will absolutely be bringing them more business! Highly, highly recommend!! Excellent customer service, I took my car in at about 10:15 this morning and it was done by 11:30!!
Took my vehicle Big O Tire 16880 W Wadell, Surprise Az for my oil change. Have going to this location for all my oil changes for a long time and have always been treated very well, my Service Advisor was Jason Jancsek on this oil change pointed out some things that required attention and that is always greatly appreciated. I would recommend this location to all who require vehicle service of any kind. THEY ARE JUST GREAT BUNCH OF PEOPLE.
Had an appointment to have tires checked because of road noise, was not informed of any charge before hand. Car was in shop less than half an hour and the findings was the road noise I was hearing was from the tires. Maybe I failed by not asking beforehand what the cost would be but $90.00 seemed a bit excessive for less than 30 minutes in the bay. Big O Tire has lost me as a customer.
would give them a negative rating if I could. it's been 8 weeks since the car has been dropped off one way or the other for four tires and a fuel pump. I'm not going to accept this behavior of this lolly gagging this lying to my face. and further obstruction on my vehicle, it is literally the dead of winter, I have things to do, I need propane, and I'm not taking no for an answer that car is going to be ready by 9a m tomorrow. legal charges will be filed.
