I like going to B-O Tires. They have great employers and they do great job working with you. I just have one issue with Big O tires, when i have something to work on, i have to take my car back to have them recheck the work, employer did on my car. I just believe the employers need to receck and make sure it works before leaving.
Best car repair place every. Always gives good service. Always gives the best deals. Always, always honest. they have never tried to make me think there was something wrong with my car when there wasn't. they are the best. I recommend them to everyone. i don't go anywhere else unless I am out of town. Big O on Outer Loop, is the best. Went to have a valve stem replaced. Told the stem and sensor unit would have to be replaced. Agreed to have it done there. Once the repair is already complete, they tell me the sensor they put in is not compatible with my car's computer system. Then try to tell me the one that is is almost $300. First and last time going here. Take your car somewhere else.
I always get great service here! Love the oil change special on Tuesdays and Wednesdays!
I was very pleased with the interaction and customer service during my visit to this Big O location. They were able to repair my tire in and it was didn't take long to get it repaired. I was impressed with the time it took to get it fixed. I highly recommend this store to all my friends and family. Thank you Big O! Great job!
Got my Caliber fixed today at Big O on Outer Loop. Joe and the guys did a great job. Thanks for getting it back so quickly. I always take my car there.
