Wish there were NO stars to give. I Called Big Tires to get a quote on tires, the next day I phoned to get the works done, breaks, alignment and 4 tires (the 2 for 2 special). I made an appointment for 1030am the next day. When my husband and I got there we had to track down someone to talk with. A mechanic said the "boss man" (man with no hair) was not there yet. The staff was drunk, they had open containers that I could see. They used the old bait and switch method. Told my wife a price quote that was $600.00 more when we got there. Then the boss kicked us out of the office because an inspector arrived and was clearly reaming him for a bunch of code violations. When he let us back in we were yelled at by the clerk helping us. Just please never ever use them for anything. I would not let them scrape dog poop off my shoe. Incompetent!
I went for tire alignment on my Toyota Landcruiser. Angel, came to me smiling, friendly and very professional. If you need tires or any services, talk to Angel.
Called ahead to see what the wait would be for an oil change, they said it was no wait. I go in 5 minutes later, sign in, pay, hand over my keys, and asked again about how long it would take, they turn around at tell me 2 hours. I thought, oh well, I’m here, they already took the keys, maybe they will finish earlier than expected....
