Was told I couldn't patch flat tire due to angle of metal object that was stuck in my tire. Unfortunately I had already dropped it off and then decided to start talking to a friend about it. He told me to ask other shops when I told him I went to BigO. He said this shop never says you can patch anything, they always say you need a new tire. Of course every single tire place I spoke to said it was patchable. Now I'm out $200. Even other shops said they were aware of these exact issues from this particular location.
