2008 - I agree. This location has the worst service in the city. All the employees are rude, disrespectful and just do not care about the customer and their needs. If you have a problem with their work they do not care. They will simply make up excuses and brush you off. I have been there twice and the second time I thought I would give them another chance. Perhaps they had a bad day the first time. Nope, they are rude and have no customer service. Do not take your car here. You will have nothing but problems.

Super rude, condescending and incompetent. The managers do not care about what their customers needs are.
Ive been going there for oil change, tire fix, new tires, etc etc for almost 2 years now and never had any problem with the service or the staff. He was professional and theyre honest. Its just a tire shop - nothing to rave about. All I can say is good service and a pleasant experience.
i totally agree with the previous comment about this Big O Tires branch. KEN is really not helpful and has no customer service skills. I would also not go there if KEN is still there
I TOOK MY CAR IN TODAY TO GET SERVICE, AND THE MAN NAMED KEN (SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER FOR THAT LOCATION) VERY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE. I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR THERE BEFORE, BUT HAVE NEVER, EVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS. I REALLY LIKE TO PATRONIZE AT BIG O TIRES, JUST NOT AT THAT LOCATION IF THAT PERSON KEN IS STILL THERE.
I came in with my lower sport suspension and custom wheels. I recently purchased new rims. I asked them if they could switch my rims for me. I explained my car and the suspension. They said, "Yes! No problem". As I watched, they proceed to drive me car on the riser platform without checking the clearance. They ended up scraping the undercarriage of my car without even a pausing to check what that noise was. When I brought this to the managers attention.
