Just left and some of the staffs don’t wear mask in there..... wtf.
I went to Big O at 1615 L Street yesterday because I had a screw in my tire. The guy glanced at it and said it could not be plugged and offered to sell me tires. I left. Went to Franks Tires on Fruitridge and the guy said he could plug it and when he pulled the screw it was real short and not deep enough to leak. Thanks for nothing Big O
RecommendedI came to them directly out of the Children's Hospital exhausted, tearful, and desperate to get to our home 90 minutes away. They were compassionate and kind as they fixed my tire so my child and I could go home safely. It was so quick that we hardly sat down before it was done. I was in tears I was so thankful for their help.
I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire, they didn't have a new tire in stock., but drove across town to get one. Great Service!! This is why I buy all my tires at Big O.

10/9/2018 TLDR: Big O’ Tires has no integrity and will scam you, especially if you’re a girl (they assume you don’t know anything therefore they try to take advantage.) They made me pay $80 (was going to be $140 to get the same tire but I went with cheaper option) to replace my tire that went flat due to a “valve stem” being broke, but when asked to see my tire and put air in it, said they’d thrown away the valve stem and my tire was retaining air.
