Didn't even try to fix my tire, I dropped off a loose tire that had a drywall screw in the thread @ Big O Tires cause they were the only place open on a Sunday afternoon, the sale rep. told me easy fix but could not get to it till the next morning,, totally understandable. So I get a call the next morning that the tire was un-fixable but they would sell me a new tire. so I go to pickup the tire I dropped off the day before and I noticed the tire was in the same spot that i had left in the day before and I ended up taking it ... read more

Great service they always take care of my car
Wow, service was horrible today. Needed new tires and oil change. Called ahead and told it would take about 1.5 hours. Came in and was stuck there for 3.5 hours. No surprise problems with the car, they just got backed up and disorganized. Sales rep said he would give discount because of delay, but when my car was done he was no where to be found.
