Excellent service needed 4 new tires and oil change and I went to the right store, the technicians are very efficient. I drove my car on a Sunday at approximately 7 am, but unfortunately I had to wait until 9 am for them to open the business, I would love to and recommend that they have a schedule from 7 am.
This place is my new go-to tire store. I had a low-pressure warning on one of my tires and drove in at 5:00 p.m. on a Saturday (without an appointment) to see what was wrong. Twenty minutes later they said I had just over-inflated my tires and they did not detect any leak. Super courteous service and it was gratis. When I need to finally replace my tires, I know where I'm going to do it!
Extremely rude and disappointing service this morning. We were told a tire patch would take about 2 hours, but after waiting we never received a call or update. Ended up waiting up 3+ hours. When I showed up, they couldn’t even locate our car for a while. Eventually everything was sorted out, but the poor communication, disorganization, and lack of customer service completely ruined our day. Very frustrating experience and I won’t be returning.
Great service! Associates were especially informative, friendly and helpful.
