I have been having my tires replacer at Big O for 10 years. They have been great to work with as i replace tires often at my high mileage job. Today i worked with Chris. My tire kept slightly deflating every two months. They resealed it at no charge since I purchased my tires with them. They sent a driver to pick me up from my office free of charge. Chris was very polite and a clear communicator. He is an excellent addition to the team at Big O.
My experience with Big O Tires in San Ramon was extremely disappointing. I am writing this review because of the poor quality of work, unprofessionalism, and the unacceptable behavior of the shop manager. I used to bring all 4 of my cars to this shop, and there were always issues, but I ignored most of them as human error. Big O Tire shops are independently owned so each store has a different experience. The San Ramon store is top tier in the chain! I will be back!
Big O Tires "always" provides us with exceptional customer service with a real sense of urgency and professionalism!
Not very good service , entered wrong mileage and refused to correct it , hung up phone on me multiple times .very disappointing,
