I called and made an appointment to have my oil changed on Saturday 11/10. My appointment was at noon and I was told it would take 1.5 hours. I dropped my car off at 11:45am and returned at 1:30pm assuming my car would be done as I never got a call saying otherwise. I saw my car still sitting where I left it. My car hadn't even been brought back at that point. I asked why my car wasn't ready, I was told it was a "equipment issue" that caused a back up. I never notified that my car would take longer. I had an appointment for a tire rotation. Was told it would be about an hour. An hour later I learned they hadn't even started but were clearing a bay for my car. 10 minutes later, the car was still sitting outside. I had to leave since it didn't appear they were going to get to it anytime soon. Disappointing...
Confrontational manager John. They said come back in the morning. I did. Now they say there are people ahead of me.
Folsom Tire & Auto's Best service Ever!! – I took my Chevy truck to Folsom Tire for no start problem, guys diag. the problem and replace fuel pump with very reasonable cost. I am taking my other cars there for service now, they are honest and get it done right the first time. Bought tires from them and they will not sell something that your car don't need. I recommend the shop for all Folsom area community.
Folsom Tire and Auto ROCKS! – These guys are excellent at what they do. Dealing with them has been a pleasurable experience every time. For new tires, brakes repairs, wheel alignments, oil change, or just about anything, this is the only automotive repair shop in Folsom I recommend to my friends and family. There may be other auto shops that are as good here in Folsom, but I trust these guys.
Accounting Folsom Tire and Auto is where we have been taking our company vehicles for years for auto repairs, tires, brakes jobs, wheel alignments and oil changes because they've always done excellent work at a fair price. They're honest, reliable and always seem to care. Two thumbs up!
customer service I have been taking my car to Folsom Tire and Auto for last two years and experienced pleasent visits. They offered great customer service and repairs at resonable prices. Crew has good knowledge about tires and get it done on time. I personally recommend this shop to all folsom residents where they isnpect your vehicle and repair only what needed to be done.
