TOO many guys doing nothing while people are in the waiting area. I'm thinking if people are waiting employees should not be standing AROUND.

Taylor is always awesome to work with. Paul, Josh, and all the rest of the crew are pretty great too. I have been going to Big O for years and I have never had a problem with any of the staff or their service. They are always so friendly and helpful.

I just got a new set of tires today and Josh was a huge help! i know nothing about tires, but because of him i now know a thing or two, hahaha. Very very amazing customer service! I won’t go anywhere else. Good quality tires at an amazing price especially when living on a budget. Thank you so much!!!

Took my Kia SUV in to have the Brake system checked. They checked everything that had to do with my brake system and it was in great shape, But did not have the device to check my brake adjusters so with that I will need to go to my Kia dealership to have that checked.They check my Brake system and it took 2 hours to go through the Brake system. Thought I would have a bill to pay when I went to pickup my SUV, But no, know bill to pay, free of charge just to check it. WOW!!! BIG O you are the Best !!! Thanks again. ; Jim Newt... read more
