I had scheduled a 1pm appointment and didn't leave until 3pm. Jenna was super helpful and enjoyed their AC indoors, but changing 4 tires, being the only car present with 3-4 service men present, it was wayyyyyy too long.
One of if not the most honest and dependable tires shops in the Yolo/Sacramento area. Had one shop tell us our car wasn't able to be aligned because of a bad bushing, brought it here and not only did they say it was good and aligned the car, they brought us into the vehicle bay to show us with our own eyes that it was fine! Extremely honest! On top of that their staff is always in a great mood and ready to chat up, super friendly and super dependable!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Big O Tires in Woodland is hands down the best place for car repair and maintenance in Yolo County. Scheduling appointments is always easy, the work is consistently high quality, and the team really knows me and my cars. The work is always completed in a timely and professional manner. I am so grateful for Big O of Woodland’s expertise and experience. I Went there for brake check and alignment because I had a slight shimmy in the steering wheel at low speeds. Turns out the problem was caused by my two front tires starting to pull apart from the inside. Apparently it’s rare these days with modern tire technology but not completely unheard of. It was reassuring to find a tire shop that knew how to rotate tires on a Dually pick up with custom wheels , and a front end alignment. After driving it only confirmed what a GREAT JOB the Big o team has done. Thank you BIG O TIRES OF WOODLAND on an outstanding job and knowing that I have found a reliable shop for repairs!!
