The Store Manager Daniel was proffessional, courteous and understanding of our situation. He answered and resolved all of our needs promptly. He communicated effectively throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Big O Tires in Benicia to family and friends due to Daniel's exceptional customer service. Note: Purchased 4 new tires. Also, keep in mind, that Big O Tires price matches against some big name tire centers.
The people there are very nice, but they sold me tires that were five years old as if they were new. When I pointed it out to them based on the date printed on the tire they told me that the tires were fine because they had been in a climate controlled warehouse for all of those years. The fact is that being in a warehouse slows degradation, but the tires still degrade. They should have given me a discounted price given that the tires will have a shortened lifespan. I had tires mounted and balanced. I must have got there at the right time. They were done in under a hour . Great job 👍 And they checked my break pads as well . I’m happy 🙏
