Ridiculously expensive for products and services that I can get elsewhere for much cheaper and a more thorough job.

Brought in our 36 ft. 5th wheel to buy one new tire. We bought 4 tires in Feb. 2015 from Big O in Lake Havasu. Yesterday one of them developed a split. We heard a fluttering noise when we were on the highway near Chico CA so quickly stopped to check it out and then to search for a local Big O. Found one in Oroville. Great service. They swapped the bad one with our spare. We were all set to buy a new one or get a new one free because they have a 2-year warranty. Unfortunately, this Big O doesn't carry RV tires. I removed my post from yesterday for one reason. That reason is Joshua. I had no intention of ever giving them my business again until I went to pick my car up today. I'm still not over the outrageous amount of money spent, I should have gotten a second quote. But Joshua went way above and beyond! They are a rip off. They will tell you that there some wrong with your car and charge you thousands when there really nothing wrong.
