Yesterday while driving, I started hearing a loud clunking noise that got faster as my speed increased. Concerned, I immediately brought my car to this shop without an appointment. Despite the short notice, the staff was incredibly welcoming. Kevin at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, he quickly got someone to take a look at my car. I went to get my tires checked for a nail and to hopefully get it patched up. Their customer service is always spot on with patient and knowledgeable workers. The guy who took my information in the lobby was named Kevin and he was the best! They took my car back and within 20 mins my car was patched and ready to go. No hassles, extra fees! I recommend this place for sure!

I have been here a couple. The prices for the services are not that affordable. I paid $40 to get my tire repaired and got 1 single tire for $160, no other options were provided. They wouldn't take cash so I had to pay with my card. I decided to go back to get an estimate for tires a 2 weeks ago and I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes and no one showed up. I will not be going back to this or other franchise again. To many other options to be dealing with this. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
