Visiting from out of town, had a slow leak in a tire. They got me taken care of quickly with great customer service. Highly recommend!!
Big O’s are franchises- some good, some bad. This one is the latter. Don’t bother making an appointment because they don’t plan or schedule around them. You’ll be treated just like a walk-in. If you do wait, the waiting area is hot, noisy and uncomfortable.
I live in Carmichael and work in St Helena. Was about to drive home when I noticed that my car needed to be serviced ASAP. This was my 4th visit to Big O Tires! I drove in without an appointment on a Saturday, close to 12noon. Was told by Mr Copeland at the front desk that they could work on my car if I was willing to wait a couple of hours.
