FRAUDSTERS! we took our crusty vanagon here for you to simply bleed the breaks as we felt they were a bit mushy. You diagnosed it as needing new roters new front break pads, and a new master cylinder. We had a major overhaul of it less than 1000 miles at bus lab in oakland. We replaced the roters and the master cylnder and the brake pads less than 1000 miles before. When i told you we had had that work done already LESS THAN 1000 MILES BEFORE. I have been going here for almost twenty years and they have always taken care of me.

I ended up paying an arm and a leg, took 6 hours, and one of the staff was unprofessional, rude, and was disrespectful towards me! In all fairness, I have had a past good experience here. The woman staff member was very good at her job, honest, and fair! I may go back just to see if third time is a charm!
