Brought my new vehicle in today after running over a nail, late this afternoon (FRIDAY!). Big O Tire was able to remove the nail, over filled the affected tire, look for a leak, and verify the nail did not puncture the tire! So happy they were able to squeeze me in. Brought my car in for an oil change and was having some mechanical problems. The found the issue quickly and fixed it. They are fair and considerate! Josh was a god send! Will continue to go there and tell all my friends and family.
A very positive experience at Big O tires recently! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The guys are all very nice, and recognized me when I walked in.
