I have big foot big o tires on my car and got a bubble on the side wall of one tire. Big o ordered a new tire immediately. I paid $30 for installation. That's all, and that's AWESOME customer service. I love this place!!!!
Thank you Cory for the excellent customer service, extremely polite, explained and showed me how bad my front brakes were. I know you felt bad when one of the rotors came cracked and there was a little more wait time, but in the end not only did you give me a quote for struts and shocks you included a rebate with it AND you found a coupon for my brakes. I will definitely recommend Big O Tires in Pittsburg. Thank you all again for such professional service.
