My 20 year old Lexus LS 400 performed like it was when I first bought it. There was no shaking and /or vibration at over 70 miles an hours speed. Nice work!

I had a coupon they honored for an oil change. It ended up costing me a little more to use a new oil for a 2016 car, but it came with a free tire rotation. I did not get asked or offered a free alignment. However, I was beyond impressed with the staff, the store, the speed of completion. My son was down the street getting his haircut, and BigO had me out in under an hour, close to 30 min., It was excellent. I am totally yelping and sharing with everyone I know how great this experience was.
Replaced a road damaged tire for me under warranty. Had to order the tire. Checked my spare for nut torque and air pressure, and advised me to drive <45 mph. Nice that they were concerned for my safety. Tire arrived there early the next day, and they installed it very quickly. Michael at the counter was super polite and helpful. Tech Nick did a great job and put the spare away in my trunk perfectly. A great experience.
Very honest! I thought I needed new tires and rotors but they were fine. Since they had taken everything IMO “everything” tires etc off. They offered to rotate my tires for free. Who am I to argue!? Let’s do it! I went ahead and did my oil change while I was there. The 2 men that helped me were the owner and manager David & Wes! Thanks guys! I’m glad to be back! �����
