RecommendedI was so disappointed that my morning started off with a flat tire. I showed the technician my tire with the nail hole. He told me that it looked repairable. That was a big relief. Then he tells me that there would be an almost 2 hour weight due to the amount of people who had just arrived. I told him that I'm going to the Cardinals game and asked if I could get there and back on the donut tire. He told me it wouldn't be safe and moved my car to the front of the line. Big O could improve by telling the truth. I brought in my Ford Expedition for possible AC issues and was told I needed a new compressor and $1400 dollars in work. I brought my truck to 2 other local shops and both said my AC was fine and they found no issues with my compressor. Very disappointing.
Ryan runs an honest shop! He, Michael, and Brooke run the front desk--always courteous and attentive. Tell you what service is absolutely necessary right away and which services can wait. Not all Big O's are the same. I have one less than 2 miles from my residence that I used to use, but I drive a longer distance to this location that has earned and, more importantly, retained my trust.

This Big O located on E Warner is awesome. They have great customer service reps and are extremely friendly and helpful.
I was in Phoenix from out of town and had electrical issues with my vehicle. The guys checked it, discovered a bad battery, replaced it and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thanks!
