I've been bringing my car to BIG O Tires for over two years now. First time here, found out that my car had major problems. It took awhile for me to get it back because of the problems that I had no idea how I was going to pay for. It has worked out well each time I've had to bring my car in for service. Sometimes it's something small like an oil change and sometimes more. Get quality service each time I visit. I'm a customer for life!!!

Awesome place, they have helped my mom (Marlene Cox) many times and today they took in her car-fixed a broken AC compressor-same day and did it cheaper than the other guys and with kindness -that is just nice and sadly unusual these days. :)

Although this store was a bit far from where I live, it was worth the drive. Trevor helped me out and was kind and attentive. Another tire shop had once told me that my tires were outdated and that I would be in grave danger if I kept driving on them. After checking them out, Trevor told me that my tires were wearing down a bit but that they would be fine for a couple more years.
