Cameron I think was his name, something with a C. He was super cool, we had a simple misunderstanding and he went above and beyond to make sure we walked away happy and satisfied. That's good service. I feel bad I can't recall his name but seems like all the staff is pretty good there. Also seems like they work with you on the costs.
First time customer. Had a slow leak, they diagnosed the issue, showed me location of the nail, and ended up needing a new tire. Since it was an uncommon size, they had to get in from the warehouse, which was done next day. Overall excellent experience. Felt welcomed, informed, and treated fairly. No obnoxious upselling.

Attempted to order and schedule online. Unsuccessful. I called. The tires I wanted were not in stock or on the promotion. The technician attempted to sell me on another tire that was on the promotion. When I stated I wanted to think about it, he quickly added that if I wanted the tires, he would need to collect a deposit before they could order them.
