Go somewhere else… I went to Big O Tires to replace all 4 tires on my car. Before bringing my car in, I called around to other shops, but assistant manager Gabriel Nguyen told me Big O would match competitor prices. I confirmed the out-the-door price and made sure to ask what I would need to safely replace my tires and drive the car. Once I got there, things changed. 10 out of 10! Had a dire situation towing my boat though a tight parking lot. I was in a pickle 20+ miles from home and help. Cameron and the crew at Big O a mile away said come by and we'll get you sorted. They did just that and for zero compensation. They said their company would match whatever I wanted to donate to their charity which I happily did and thanked me for stopping by. First class experience!

I had a flat tire and was turned away at a different Big O Tires location. I called this shop on Baseline/Val Vista and immediately the customer service was on point! My flat was taken care of & all the employees I encountered were friendly and courteous and I was in and out quickly! Very impressed.
