Great customer service. It is a busy place , but they work hard and quickly. Plenty of return customers, which is a good sign.
Unless Brandon or Jonathan is working on your vehicle DO NOT GO HERE. Charged me for a 4 wheel alignment which is not possible on my vehicle bc I have a solid back axle. Additionally, they neglected to mention that they could not perform the alignment bc my camber is maxed, control arm is bent, and the tie rod ends are worn. Ironically, they also did not notice one of my tires was treadbare on the inside. I would think the least they could have done is shown some care to let me know about this.
Notes on the paperwork could have been communicated verbally and addressed while my vehicle was there, but they didn't. I can only conclude that the techs that day were incapable of performing the needed repairs and afraid to say so.
I came in for tire repair Mike had me fixed up and out the door quick!!! 10 STARS!!!!
