fabulous! the absolute best place! Missy and Tim are awesome! i've never gone in and felt like another number....these folks really care and are considerate, compassionate and so friendly. seriously, i will never get anything other than Big O tires for my vehicles b/c i've never had a bad experience at any location. this business really knows how to run a business and keep the customers happy. and the garage staff are equally as friendly. kudos to everyone there!
I have been a Big O customer for 10 years I usually go with my dad this was my first experience at the Shepherdsville location by myself.i went in i needed two new tires and a nail removed from my other Tire . They Took my car back i waited .The Guy came out and said my car was ready great . The Best In Town – Big O Tires has handled the majority of my automobile needs for the past several years. I always find them to be honest, fast and friendly. They recently replaced my wiper arms for a fraction of the price quoted by another place.
