fabulous! the absolute best place! Missy and Tim are awesome! i've never gone in and felt like another number....these folks really care and are considerate, compassionate and so friendly. seriously, i will never get anything other than Big O tires for my vehicles b/c i've never had a bad experience at any location. this business really knows how to run a business and keep the customers happy. and the garage staff are equally as friendly. kudos to everyone there!

I have been a Big O customer for 10 years I usually go with my dad this was my first experience at the Shepherdsville location by myself.i went in i needed two new tires and a nail removed from my other Tire . They Took my car back i waited .The Guy came out and said my car was ready great . So i drove off and left no big deal wrong boy was i wrong .The Next Day i went to get a oil change at my dealership where i was informed that i needed tires .So i went back to Big O Elizabethtown where I was informed that my receipt i had did not match my tires .The Shepherdsville location forgot to put my New Tires on .i was sent back to Shepherdsville where they offered me a free oil change for my troubles lol then they changed out my tires i looked at my tires before i drove off and again to my amazement they were the wrong tires needless to say i will not be back and always check your tires before you leave this location.

I requested some feedback on a synthetic oil change charge. Larry, store mgr reached out to me & explained the charge in detail. Very professional. Kind. Good phone etiquette. Thanks again Big O & Larry🙂
