Had my '17 Hyundai Elantra serviced, December 22, at this Big O Tire and one of their technicians got oil on my headliner. The manager, Adam, had his tech clean my headliner. He scrubbed it so hard that it ruined it. I spoke to the Adam and told him they need to come up with a solution to remedy this situation. He took pics and said he would see what he could do.
