LOVE THIS BIG O! – Where do I start? I absolutely love this Big O Tires for so many reasons. 1st, this is an auto repair & tire place that you can TRUST. 2nd, fast and very reliable. 3rd, I love that they offer shuttle service and have free wifi 4th, amazing deals and great pricing. 5th, the staff is very friendly. I can go on and on but you should jump in your vehicle and see for yourself. You'll love everything about it! This place is the Nordstrom's of tires and auto repair!

Had to go somewhere else to correct work – I went to get tires rotated and balanced and my oil changed. They seemed just okay - nothing stuck out as particularly noteworthy about the process but nothing bad either so I took another car there the next day for the same services. I didn't realize that I had a problem until I got on the freeway going over 55 mph and my car shook so badly that I had to pull over to the side of the road because I felt like I may lose control. Horrible Customer Service – We brought our car in for the state emissions/safety testing. Although this was done on time, we were told our brakes needed to be worked on. We were given 1 1/2 hour window for this to be done. We return after 1 1/2 hour and our car hasn't even been looked at. The man at the front desk said he expected it to be in a 1/2 hour later. We went home, while he said he would call us 1/2 hour later to let us know where it was at. He never called. We called him back 45 mins later and the car still hadn't ... read more
