Went in for an oil change. After seeing several cars come and go and no word on mine... I was curious to know what was going on. I was there for an hour and 45 minutes then decided it was way too long to wait. I asked them and 5 minutes later they came back and said something happened with one of their bays and they are pulling my car into the floor and will do it right now. Took them another 15 minutes.
