Service is great!!! Pricing is competitive with other places as well. One of the only places I trust to take our families vehicles.
I took my car into Big O to get my oil changed before my road trip. They said my left front axel had something wrong with it, wasn’t dire but to get it fixed soon. They quoted me $500 and I wasn’t able to take my car on my road trip. I took it to a second mechanic this week to make sure they weren’t trying to rip me off... of course, there’s nothing wrong at all with my front left or right axel. Don’t ever use them.
Hose came off our radiator and they let my husband use the tools he needed to fix it. Thank you!!
Best full service shop in town so far, and their prices are extremely reasonable!!
I ordered tires 2 weeks ago. I was told the tires would be in next day. I arrived at 1010 for appt and after finally located my quite was told it would take 2 hours. 2 hours later I came back and was told they didn't have my tires. It took 1 1/2 hours to put my tires back on. We are 5 hours late leaving town
Nice Friendly staff, that took good care of my issues. Very affordable and all the work was done in a timely manner.
I think it is wise to remove dead rats from your doorstep and not have customer walking over them. Just gross. They always do a good job but don’t trust them on what work they recommend doing.
Honest and professional...what more can you ask for from a business!!
