Brooke at Big O was great. I had a screw in My work truck tire and I needed it back quickly. She got it done and back to me within 30 minutes So I can get back to work.
Brooke did a great job of informing me of everything in a very friendly and cheerful manner.
I went to this big o tires today and was really impressed with Alex’s help and Tiffany the mechanic. They were quick to get me in, very nice, professional and helped with exactly what I needed. They weren’t pushy and I definitely plan to come back. I highly recommend this location and Alex!
Brook was great! She got me in there for a drop-in flat fix and they were done without a long wait time. She let me know about a couple things that came up in checking out my vehicle which was helpful. Thank you!
