Great, friendly customer service with a smile. They were affordable and made me feel comfortable with the work that was recommended as well as the pricing. Mishonda and the crew at Big O make you feel like an important customer and was attended to in complete professional and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this place!
I found Big O tires in Corona after going to Discount Tires in Corona for many many years. Sergio, the counter employee had left Discount Tire, someone we have trusted for years, found him at Big O Tires. This may not be the most attractive place to go but we TRUST any quotes or recommendations given by Sergio. If you want great service at a fair price try it here.
Needs improvement – I will never come here for a tire fix again I go to the one in Temecula all the time and never had problems found out this one in corona are different owners what a way to give Big O tires a bad name all around!! ghetto place in corona not to mention they have such a ghetto way for a waiting room very unprofessional people people smoking while they are working on cars and probably in peoples cars
I went in for a tire change, gave me a great deal, better then some other places around like good year. Will be coming back soon for an oil change. Friendly staff aswell

High price for the name They have good service but if you just go down the street to Corona Tire co. They have the same tires for less. If you need and oil change look out for their coupons and check them out. If you dont have a coupon then you should not go there because it will be expensive.
