HEADS UP - I took my car to Big-0 for an oil change -It was returned with metal shards in the oil pan, two blown cylinders, and deleted computer codes - My car was previously in good condition and now after an oil change at Big-O I need a new engine (wouldn't even turn after falling dead on the FWY on the way home from Big 0) The original dealership can't even determine what happened because data was deleted from the vehicle computer. SHADY - don't take your car here!

I had a blowout and rolled into this shop. They were packed and it was about 15 minutes before closing. Originally he didn't think he could get me in. After he checked the tire and noticed my situation. The staff jumped into action and not only got me in, but new tires, balanced and rotated, stayed after closing to make it happen. Many people would have put the spare on and left on time, but these men went the extra mile and I am very grateful for their time, energy and effort. 10 stars from me!!!
