The left rear tire was still in the same place when I picked up my car so they obviously could NOT have rotated and balanced the tires as I was charged for. When I called to speak with the manager, Ben, he wanted to argue it with me, I explained to him that I had visual proof and then he tried to tell me it was just a mistake because his technicians are so busy they can't know for sure if work was actually done.
