Downside: they told me 90 minutes. It’ll be closer to 2.5 hours. But it’s a busy Saturday, so I can’t complain. Upside: the staff is amazing! Nice guys. Very helpful and professional. Even upper upside: they’re fixing my tire with a nail in it for free! 11/10 would recommend

Christian and Kyle went above and beyond to help me get in, purchase quality tires (and wiper blades) and pay the best price for it all! When I found myself unexpectedly stuck at the Urgent care, Christian even volunteered to bring my keys to me!! They rock!!�����

Great experience, highly recommend! As life has it, in the middle of moving my tire popped, I went into Big O this morning and we discovered my back tire also had a gash! The service folks there were so helpful and friendly! I was in and out with 2 new tires in less than 2 hours without an appointment! I very much appreciate how the staff, especially Christian (I believe that was his name) worked with me, explained options and put me at ease. Thank you Santa Cruz Big O Tires for making an unfortunate situation better!!
