Didn’t eat in house
Got the big Nate plate and was big enough for my wife and I to get full . Everything was good but my favorite was the pork ribs and brisket.The BBQ sauce and homemade pickle bar was very nice as they have 5 different sauces and homemade pickled cucumbers.jalapeños and red onions.I tried the coleslaw and beans for my side and both were very good but if I had to pick a winner Id go with the coleslaw as it was unique.They do have Red cream soda as well.
I’m not the biggest fan of BBQ. I tend to compare everything to the Salt Lick in driftwood springs. But I have to admit I’m a big fan of Nate. This was my first trip to this location. Staff was very helpful. I appreciate the staff checking if everything is good especially at a counter service place. I felt that the brisket was a little fatty. But I did not ask for a lean cut. The flavor is next level. I am going to return and try to get a lean cut and I suspect this could be the best of the best. Not sure if they do that. My... read more
