Today I returned and ordered $87 worth of meat (no turkey, sheesh) and then they wouldn't accept my gift card because their system is being overhauled. I asked when a fix was expected? Answer: No idea. Then he was surprised that I didn't want to pay cash, as that was my only option. So I canceled the order. Just beware thus place folks. Also brisket us now $38 a pound. Absolutely amazing. Brisket: 10/10 (the best I’ve ever had) Sausage: 10/10 (the best I’ve ever had) Pulled pork: 9/10 Coleslaw: 10/10 (I don’t like coleslaw and I still ate this UP) Ribs: 8/10 (a tad dry, great flavor) Mac: 10/10
This isnt my first time having nates however my first time at their brick and mortar. I was very disappointed. I visited last Thursday (yes late review but someone was talking about BBQ today) and the younger guy behind the counter was not welcoming . The couple in front of me was waiting on him to take there order for a good 3 minutes which he replied " when ever your ready ", the couple suprised and said " oh your waiting on us".
