I have for years used BMD. Always very pleased with the service and price. But this last order has me looking elsewhere. The email having to do with increased fees for shipping had me renew a bit early. No problem except. The order was changed to a different manufacturer at twice the price for 1/3 rd the order. I called on 9/27 spoke with a representative who could not correct anything but was told a Supervisor would review the order and return the call. It's now the following Friday and no call.
