Awesome gym. Easily my favorite in the salt lake area! Great gym if you are a serious lifter but also very friendly and welcoming for beginners and those just starting. Never used the service but plenty of personal trainer availability if you are interested in that. Usually not too busy and it’s open 24/7 which is a huge plus. If you are sick of the giant corporate gyms or just want to try something a bit more local, this is the gym for you.
