I've lived here for almost 3 years and have had a great experience. Management addresses my concerns or requests in a timely manner, and the building is kept clean and secure. The location is great, with several shopping centers and bus stops within walking distance, as well as several daycare options for your convenience. The building amenities are great too!
Great experience with property management! Customer service was awesome but I'm giving it a 1 because the landlord rejected me after my husband failed his background check. My husband is 44 years old and is now a paraplegic spends most of his days in physical therapy or hospitals . But was singled out by a conviction he had when he was 17 yrs old. I'm out of lost of words how he was discriminated against before anyone took the time to just meet him and veiw his character for who is now and not judged by his teenage past.
Great place to live and beautiful view of the city
Live here, it's pretty good as apartment life goes I guess. The building is definitely secure so that's probably the biggest plus. The renovation they did on the building could be a bit more cleanly done but it's not bad or anything. Just notice some lazy practices here and there in regards to the remodel. The landlady is a nice person and is generally on top of things. Gotta knock one star for the parking though, it's definitely a pain.
