This business treats men and women differently* I had the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had here. A heater hose connection broke on my minivan 2 miles from Cicero on 481. I limped the car there and started making calls , explaining that I was headed to Penneville from three hours away in PA . After contacting several so called repair shops who wouldn’t even consider helping me , I contacted Big Mikes garage . He said he’d get me right in and three hours later I was on my way . Great guy , excellent work and fair prices . Goes to show there are still a few good guys out there , thanks again Mike !
Big Mike's is without a doubt, the best car service center in CNY. They keep diligent records of repair history which is helpful for warranty coverage. They help you understand the repair and the reasons for it and are a very nice crew.
I brought my 2018 Infiniti Q50 to Mike because my driver side door was locked and unable to open. Due to this strange circumstance the door panel would have to be damaged to fix the problem. He suggested that I take it to the dealer but you know the dealer will leave you in tears after you get the bill. After talking again he accepted the challenge.
