I'm a new home owner and I had no idea how to tell if my gutters needed cleaning (my house is very tall!). I called Mike and within a day, him and his team sent someone out to take a look. Turns out they do not need cleaning, but I now know exactly who I will use when they do! Professional, communicative, and honest. Big Mike's is great!
