Will never go back to this place again! They were very busy, someone was taking names for tables, after ordering we saw a vacant table sat down for like 5 mins and then was told we had to get up since our names wasn't next. She seated someone else at the table then proceeded to let another lady know she had to get up as well. There were 3 other vacant tables we were not offered. Then our food comes. Hello Donna, We are truly apologetic to you! When we're busy we have to control the tables in this way. Because we are a counter service restaurant when people come in and see that we're extremely busy they try to sit at an open table to reserve a spot. The problem it creates is that the people who were already in line before new guest enter the building have no place to sit because tables are being guarded by patrons who have not placed an order. The baby backs were what we expected. GREAT! ! Our experience with Big Mike 's has always been good with only one exception. & THEY COMPENSATED! ! Good management and great staff! !!!
The best smoked brisket ever. Try their smoked sausage in a gumbo, you won't be disappointed.
