This company was wonderful. Their communication throughout the entire process was great. They were efficient, kind, and careful and their pricing was very reasonable. . We highly recommend them!
Worst move in my life! After moving service is awful. Phone calls not returned. Damaged pieces, missing pieces and receiving items that didn't belong to me. In short, a nightmare.

If 0 were an option that is what I would have selected. Beware of this company as they prey on the elderly and fully take advantage of them knowing that they have no options once items are picked up. I am writing this on behalf of my elderly parents. My parents sold their condo to move in to assisted living and were looking for movers. After several quotes they settled on Big Man's, Big Man's process is one that is only done online asking questions to give a quote, which is inefficient for a move. I hired Big Man's Moving to move my family and I in to our new home we just built. After our bad experience with a previous mover, it was nice to experience a GREAT company. The guys on our team were very quick, friendly and took extra care in moving our belongings. I will recommend Big Man's Moving to all my friends and family!
We used Big Man's Moving for the 3rd time in 5 years. Every time they are a delight to work with. From the people in the office to the employees executing the move, keep up the AMAZING WORK! 4 movers completed my 2-story 3400 sq ft home in 8 hours taking 2 trips. I'm totally dissatisfied with Big Man's Moving Co. moved and damaged household items 6/21/22. Big price was paid for supporting this small business. Professional companies do not pass along costs to the customer for company errors and problems. Big Man's underestimated my needs by 61%!!! Big failure on a basic metric; I paid the price in many ways. I used this company to move me from my second floor condo to my new house. The gentlemen (Theron, Aaron & Keith) were efficient, were very respectful of my belongings and polite. They carefully wrapped my belongings got them loaded and unloaded efficiently. They took great care of my items. The company is very responsive and the rates were excellent. I highly recommend.

Just moved from the Tampa Area to Cleveland, and I couldn't have selected a better group to work with. The packers, James and Melanie, arrived Monday, on time, and were more than careful and thorough in wrapping and packing everything!!! Nick and Ronnie arrived the next day to load the truck and start their trip. They stayed in touch throughout, and arrived exactly as planned on Friday morning. I hired Big Man's for my move down from Alabama to Clearwater. Must say, I was very impressed. The guys that were sent out weren't contractors but worked with them full time. Which to me says a lot when you have employees that are committed to your company. Overall they were very helpful, I didn't have to lift a finger!
