Worst moving experience ever! There should be negative stars! Damaged most furnishings,; refused to unload my furnishings unless I paid balance in advance, then refused to pay for any damages! The owners blamed their workerspoor leadership who said they werent responsible for the damage by their workers. Extremely sorry that I hired this company and do not recommend them!

They were kind and experienced with a great video helping us pack and move.In the end we kept and boxed too much stuff. ******* and ****** packed the truck neatly and safely cared for all our furniture and "the stuff". Big Man's Moving has their act together. Can't say enough good things about ******* and his team. They got us packed and unpacked very quickly while still taking the time to assess the situation before moving and wrap all the items that could be damaged. We had no damage at all, and they're more affordable than ************-known movers in town. Did I mention their movers are all employees and covered under liability insurance? So important to choose movers with integrity.

Big Man's Moving helped my grandmother out in her assisted living facility in Clearwater to another facility with better care. They were compassionate, caring and very detailed with her belongings. They were also all so kind to her on this emotional day moving from one facility to another. The 3 guys really saved the day and were light hearted and made her laugh a bunch. Great move and great job caring for the elderly! A+
