The literal worst company I have ever had the displeasure of being connected to. Be ready to get completely ghosted, gaslit, and screwed over regarding any necessities or repairs or anything close if you live in one of their buildings.
If I could give minus starts, I would. Horrible! I rented an apartment and after I moved in I noticed there are cockroaches everywhere and the apartment wasn’t cleaned up before my move in date! I tried to contact them but they are totally unresponsive! As soon as you pay money, they don’t care anymore! I had to scrub the whole apartment and pay for an exterminator by myself! Unprofessional! Very very bad experience! Don’t recommend
Very unresponsive. Didn't walk through apartment before we moved in, we had to clean the toilet and tub ourselves. There were no smoke detectors when we moved in, and there isn't a back door lock. I've sent several e-mails and put in maintenance requests with no follow up or resolve. I would avoid any of their properties at all costs. There's cockroaches in our apartment and no immediate response. The landlord let us move into a unit that is breaking several housing laws.
