The trailer was ready to go when they said it would be. Very happy with the service and the quality of the trailer and tows well under load.
All was well, but I had shown up 15 minutes early to do the pickup, (I had a 9 hour drive home...) But that 15 minutes sure made the seller emotional... His staff though, awesome, good communication and super efficient.
