Their customer service is non existent. Phone conversations unfriendly. I ordered a trailer after I was told by phone to do it by the web thus I could not check trailer details with them. I paid upfront. I was told by message the night before collection that they do not fit the cover I paid for as an extra. I arrived at the appointed time to collect my trailer. Awful experience for my dad who bought a 7x5 trailer. He ordered and paid for the trailer, cover & spare wheel. We get there to be told the cover is only a temporary fit and they don’t make the adjustments to the trailer to connect it properly and he has to do it himself. They hook it up with the cover on. We then get home to discover no spare wheel. Upon calling, these guys were so disinterested and rude. They refused to assist in dropping it off or compensating in any way shape or form and insisted they would either refund... read more

Easy to deal with, quality is hard to beat and fair pricing for my 10x5 hydraulic tipper.
Very helpful and friendly service and support. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a really well-made trailer. I am very happy with my initial purchase. A later purchase of a trailer ramp was also very smooth and I am more than happy. The ramp is of excellent quality, very sturdy and the company were really helpful.
