Just picked up our new tandem trailer from Big Man Trailers and couldn't be happier. The trailer is some serious kit - heavy duty -you should see how thick the chains are - and great cage and ramp options for a great price. And tows like a dream. I can now tow soil, my garden tools and any new purchases with confidence. Put order in on website & get a message after providing payment details order was unsuccessful. Call & Email them and ask to ship and take payment over the phone. Response was “No sorry” They wont ship a simple toolbox. Horrible website and bad customer service and experience.
