Good customer service
They were on time. They were knowledgeable. They were reasonable with prices. They took care of my pest issues.I will recommend them.
I am not sure why this company received 5 stars from other individuals because their services is abysmal for several reasons. They have terrible customer service! Every time I called, I spoke with the same person, Amy, and she was extremely rude. She did not provide detailed information about what the services included and didn't make an effort to resolve the payment issues I was experiencing.
